Millennials and ‘Gen Zs’ expect corporate social programs – but, beyond that, it brings satisfaction and fulfillment to the individuals involved in giving back, and can have positive effects on mind, body and soul.
You can give back in a number of ways – from volunteer programs to donations to establishing a foundation as an extension of what your company does.
Life Works Well can help you create internal programs that give back to employees, such as mentor programs, time off for caregiving needs, volunteer outreach and so much more.
